Clerk of Courts
The Clerk of Courts with a staff of five is responsible for filing and maintaining the pledging and the records of all criminal proceedings. The Clerk also sits in attendance at all sessions of criminal court to record sentences and dispositions and to complete defendant bills of cost. The entire criminal docketing process from arrest through final disposition has been fully computerized since 1984 and is available online for all court related offices.
