Carbon Children & Youth Service is a stated mandated agency whose primary purpose is to protect, promote, and or provide for the well being of children, birth through age eighteen. Children & Youth is responsible for investigating all reports of suspected child abuse and neglect.

Business Hours Monday - Friday 8:30 am -- 4:30pm.

The office provides an emergency on-call service. This service is 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Before or after work hours if there is an emergency Children & Youth can be contacted through the County Communication Center or be dialing 911
