| The Information Technology Area is
responsible for all planning, development, design, implementation,
and support of all computer networks and related computer and technological
needs of all Offices and Departments under the direct supervision
of the Office of the County Commissioners. The IT group currently
administers 6 major and 4 minor TCP/IP networks throughout multiple
County buildings and location within the Carbon County
geographical
area. The main county network is located within the Courthouse Annex
and houses all Tax Assessment Data and Geographic Information System
Information, as well as connectivity to other offices and departments.
The Group currently supports over 100 PC's, servers, and terminals
throughout the County. The IT Group is also currently responsible
for all Tax Data sales and writes custom export functions to meet
specific needs.

hours of operation are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with 24/365 support of
all critical County offices. The following fees exist for data
sales:
Hard Copy Lists $15.00 Plus $.04 per
Record
Mailing Labels $15.00 Plus $.05 per Record +Label Cost
Records on 3.5" Floppy Disks or CD-R .$.025 per Record + Media
Cost
Set-up/ Programming Costs (if Required) $15.00 per 1/4 Hour
Cost of Floppy Disks and CD-R $1.50 each
Cost of Labels (Avery 5160's)… $.50 per Sheet of 30
