Administers County-Wide Housing Rehabilitation Program.

Provides technical support to County Planning Commission - Reviews all Sub-division and Land Development Plans in County.

County Planning Commission meets on the 3rd Tuesday of Each Month - 2:00 pm at Carbon County Emergency Service Building, 1264 Emergency Lane, Nesquehoning, PA 18240

Plans to be reviewed must be submitted to OPAD at least 10 days prior to the meeting.

Filing fees vary - Contact OPAD Office (570)325-3671 for determination.
