variety of community interests. According to law, each LEPC must
be comprised of. . .
- County Emergency Management Coordinator
- One County Commissioner
(At least one person is selected from each of
the following groups.)
- Elected Officials representing Local Governments
- Law Enforcement, First Aid, Health, Local Environmental,
Hospital, and Transportation
- Firefighting
- Emergency Management / Civil Defense
- Broadcast and Print Media
- Community Groups not affiliated with Emergency Service
Groups
- Owners and Operators of Facilities subject to the requirements
of the SARA, Title III law
