The primary
responsibility of the carbon county coroner's office is to determine
the cause and manner of deaths that occur in carbon county that
pertain to the requirements of the county code of pa. (which pertain
to certain types of deaths) some examples of types of deaths that
would be investigated include but are not limited to: suicides,
accidental deaths, homicides or any deaths that occur in prisons,
operating room deaths, sudden deaths of persons not under the direct
care of a physician.

copies of documents of closed and final cases:
Coroner's report
$50., autopsy report $100., toxicology report $50. Photos on a per
case basis.
