The following are available by virtue of age (60+), Transportation, Senior Centers and associated activities, Legal Assistance, Benefit Counseling or assistance with applications, Information and Referrals, Volunteer Opportunities, Ombudsman Services and Preadmission Assessments.

Services after a clinical evaluation include In-home Services, Home Delivered Meals, Adult Day Care, Assistive Devices or Home Modifications, Home Health and Personal Care services.

Provides Family Care giver Support Programs to support care giver.

Protective Services for older adults to investigate reports of abuse, neglect, exploitation or abandonment and services to reduce risk for incapacitated persons.

Additional Information:

Cost Share (Sliding Scale) for in home services for persons over 125% of poverty level.

Medical Assistance Waiver Programs for clinically and financially eligible.
